Jungle Boogie is a collection of gorilla imagery from 2022 to present. The Gorilla share 98% of our DNA- these works explore self portraits as well as begin to reimagine our music culture. Gorillas are gentle giants and i’ve always enjoyed pairing toughness with the gentle and silly. Personally, I’m not that into Planet of the Apes.
Greatest Hits
This collection of work is an assortment of imagery connected through pop culture and art history.
A Love Supreme is an on going series beginning in the early days of the Pandemic when I was day dreaming about pizza and missing friends and family.

This Series of paintings were developed from sketchbook drawings exploring cubist style approaches of white ink on black paper.
My friend gave me a black paper sketchbook for Christmas in 2019 and I thought, “what am I going to do with this?”. These drawings became the basis of these compositions. It’s exciting to see the progression of the drawings into paintings.
My intention is to be loose and free and embrace color and my intuition with imaging jungle scenes. I’m definitely channeling my inner Henri Rousseau.

This is a series of screen printed editions and monoprints. These pieces were made in 2017 - 2018 while volunteering at Second State Press in Philly.
It was very liberating and exciting to work spontaneously with silhouettes and line work to explore color and layering.
